It is accessable only by boat and it is uninhabited wondering why you want to go there. I have never heard of a tour there.

We have read that there are boat tours out to Morris Island to see the dolphins and to explore the island for shells, shark teeth etc. It is the number 1 tour recommended on tripadvisor.

My suggestion is not to go to Morris Island, but go to the beaches at Sullivans Island. You can tour Fort Moultrie, which gives you a view of the harbor, then go to the beaches directly from there. Sully's is how the beaches of SC used to be 40 years ago...lots of houses, dunes, sandollars, etc. If you have ever watched the movie Dear John the beach scenes are of Sullivans where it faces towards Charleston
