Best Way to Identify Other Roll Call Members?

We have created a banner for the last four cruises we have been on.

I have normally used Printshop, but this time we had a professional

sign maker with us....he did an awesome banner.

We posted it at the entrance to the room we met in. Normally I get

them singed by those in attendance and we get a picture made with a pic of all who attend the Meet and Greet.

We did Mardi Gras masks and name tags. I had been to New Orleans about 6 months prior to the cruise. As others have posted about the beads, I wanted to be different. They weren't mandatory, but a lot of folks did wear them at our Meet & Greet. Then one gal had a Mardi Gras banner, that she let us use. I made confetti out of curling ribbon to put on the tables. Then at Sail Away, picked it up and through it in the air. I had about 50 folks at our Meet & Greet on the NCL Star up in the Biergarten. We had a total blast.:D
