Liquor stores near Miami Brickell, or buy from MIA airport?

I searched but didn't find too many solid suggestions. We are staying at the Hampton Inn Brickell a day before the 3/25 Carnival Valor cruise, and need to buy some liquor.

 

Is it possible to just pick some up from a store at the Miami airport before heading out? We won't have a car there. The closest liquor store to the hotel I found was Liquor Downtown 4 Ltd, can't tell how far it is.

There's nothing at MIA unless you are shopping duty free before flying international. You could ask your cab driver to stop on the way, but based upon some Miami experience I suspect there's going to be something close to the hotel ;) - have you tired to call the hotel front desk and ask? :confused:

Aficionados Cigar and liquor store is a short walk from the Hampton Inn Brickell. They also deliver. You may need to call them about Sunday though, I don't know if and when they open.

 

Locate the Gordon Biersch on Brickell Ave and 12th, the liquor store is right behind it.

Thanks! just what I was looking for! I made a mistake in the message, we are getting there on 3/24, so that's saturday. all the liquor stores should be open!
