Anchorage glacier dog sledding

Hi everyone,

 

Was wondering if anyone knows if Anchorage has any dog sledding tours that offer flight seeing as well? I'm having a hard time finding a tour.....

 

We will be there the 1st of August.

 

Also, if you by chance went on the tour, I would love to hear your thoughts.

The only glacier dog sled tour I know of is out of Girdwood with Alpine Air, using Seavey dogs.

 

Out of Seward there is Godwins.

Thank you for your reply. I'll have a look and see what they offer. I was wanting to surprise my mom, sister & neice with a sledding tour.

 

Found one in Juneau, but what I have read about it seems people think it is a crowed tour.

Girdwood seem to be the closest to Anchorage. Otherwise you will have to either go to Seward or to Wasilla (Iditarod Sled Dog Museum).
