kal72 Posted March 5, 2012 #1 Share Posted March 5, 2012 We are going on a cruise at the end of April and were wondering if Camp Carnival will be a little "slow" that time of year? I assume there will be less school aged kids, but what about in the 2-5 year group? Any way to predict Camp Carnival "enrollment"?
cb at sea Posted March 6, 2012 #2 Share Posted March 6, 2012 There's really no way to predict....at that age, school isn't much of an issue. There are children on every single cruise..your kids will have playmates...that's a given. Camp Carnival will be appropriately staffed for the number of kids onboard! Cruisin' Chick Posted March 6, 2012 #3 Share Posted March 6, 2012 Hard to say. If a child is an only child, then being under 5, the family could more easily pick when they can travel (work situations being equal). But if there are older siblings, and they're not homeschooled, it's more harder to take a kid out of school without the schools having problems with that (many states give $ per attendance per day per student).
