canceling part of a tour

It is best to notify them as soon as you can as that opens up a slot that someone else can take, but I think you can wait until you get on board to do it. If you wait until then, though, you might have to stand in line at the excursions desk.

If its a private tour do it quickly as there are tighter time limits than the open ones / however as its a private tour can't you get them to rearrange the plans to what you want?
