Frankie Sue Posted March 6, 2012 #1 Share Posted March 6, 2012 Would you book an HH guarantee on the Noordam? We are tempted by a great deal in an HH guarantee on the Noordam. The Noordam is our very favorite ship of the fleet but we have never sailed in anything less than a balcony cabin. Would it be a risk worth taking? Do we risk being dissapointed? As always your comments are very much appreciated.
CruiserBruce Posted March 6, 2012 #2 Share Posted March 6, 2012 If you won't be happy with a HH assignment, don't book it. If you can't get by w/o a balcony, don't book a HH GTY.
jtl513 Posted March 6, 2012 #3 Share Posted March 6, 2012 Do we risk being dissapointed? Not unless you expect an upgrade. We've sailed 7 of 13 times without a balcony. Try it - you might find it not so bad. Think of it as a moving hotel room, and spend most of your waking time out of the cabin.
Frankie Sue Posted March 7, 2012 Author #4 Share Posted March 7, 2012 Thanks for your comments... I guess, you have to try everything once... You don't know if you will like it until you do.... We may just do that..
Harris Jeffer Posted March 7, 2012 #5 Share Posted March 7, 2012 Hey , whats the worst that could happen? You get a cabin under the galley, and can't sleep for a week!
