While sad and wrong, it didn't say that it wasn't consensual or that he sexually assaulted her. They exchanged e-mails afterwards so seems like it was not rape. Some states the age of consent is 16...not sure how maritime rules work...the pornography thing is what is disturbing... This to me is more of a reason why cell phones should not have cameras. Or, I guess it should be more of a lesson that parents should teach their daughters to not let people take naked pictures of them as some people do use the cameras responsibly. Room Service! Posted March 8, 2012 #4 Share Posted March 8, 2012 I believe she sent him some of the pics.
cdamion Posted March 8, 2012 #5 Share Posted March 8, 2012 I believe she sent him some of the pics. She sent him all of the pics he had of her. He's toast, but she needs to take some level of responsibility.

While I agree, we know that is not going to happen. Do you think anyone with any sort of responsiblity would send naked pictures to someone you knew for a week? Or really, to anyone for that matter. This reminds me of that story of the girl that sent her boyfriend naked pics of herself...and when they broke up he showed them to everyone...and she was the victim of course... Whatever happened to think before you act?
