On Board booking credit . . . .

I can't remember what the amounts are, so if I book a cruise while I am on board, what is the credit given for a 4 day cruise?

 

And for a 7 day cruise, is the credit $100. per cabin?

 

We are crown and anchor gold members, on our next cruise, it will be our 4th cruise completed, and want to book #5 to get it completed, so we will move up in the member status.
