PR cab ride from airport to Pan Am port

How much should we expect to pay for a cab ride from the Puerto Rico airport to the Pan Am Port? I thought I saw something about fares being set by the government? Could be totally wrong but would like to have some idea. TIA :)

Pan Am pier is in zone 4 which is the same zone as Old San Juan.

IIRC, Pan Am docks is zone 5 (OSJ is zone 4) and airport is zone 1. Should be $15 plus $1 per piece of luggage...

Thanks. We have arrived. There is a very nice chart in the airport above the carousel when you get your luggage showing all the major hotels and the taxi cab fee and it does mention the additional for the luggage. It was a very helpful chart as well.:)
