Why can't I get onto their website? I'm ready to book my excursion and now I can't get through?

They are in the process of updating their website, but you can still see the "cashed" or saved pages. When your web search produces the options to go to your web site, click on the word "cashed" at the end rather than on the web address. That will get you there. We just booked through them yesterday. ;) Judy and Dan in St. Louis

I sent them an email asking for their tours and prices. They got straight back to me. I booked over the Internet and I received my booking number and where we would be picked up etc within 48 hours.

They are in the process of updating their website...

 

It wasn't being updated, their server crashed, but it's back up now. I just talked to the owner on the phone an hour or so ago.

Thanx for everyone's help. I called the toll-free number today from my office in NY (it was weird knowing I was calling Alaska) and got my reservation. I feel more settled now:)
