Cab to Frigate Beach

Hi all,

 

We'll be in St Kitts on the Celebrity Eclipse on April 12 and was wondering if anyone can given me any thoughts on taking a cabto South Frigate....I've read that it's roughly $4 pp with a minumum of 4 people. How long of a cab ride is it from where the ship docks? Also, is it difficult to get a cab back? ANy thoughts are appreciated!

Taxi fare is US$ 12 one way based on a 1-4 basis so for four persons it will be US4 each one way. From Port Zante the drive is approx 7- 10 mins. Ask the driver to drop you at the Timothy end and you can arrange to be collected at an agreed time. There are usually taxi drivers parked there or you can get one of the bars to phone for a taxi for you. Also a few minutes walk away near the Marriot is a taxi stand and you can always get a taxi from there.
