HMC vs Princess Cays

We love HMC - such a beautiful beach. We rented a cabana last time, it was a great way to spend the day. Carnival includes soda of your choice, 2 bottled water, fruit tray, veg tray, chips, salsa, guacamole, sour cream - we never even went to the buffet. We are going to Princess Cays next month and I rented cabana - wondering if I should cancel, sounds like you are just getting the shelter - which in and of itself is a great way to spend the day but it's same price as Carnival and perhaps without the extra goodies. We were there (PC) in 2002, seems like it was rocky beach, not all sand like HMC.

 

Any feedback from those that have rented cabana recently will be appreciated!

We where at PC in Nov 2011 , the beach was sand with some coral/rock outcroppings.
