Embassy Suites MIA

Recommended Posts

Hello Again, Folks:

Booked Embassy Suites MIA for one night stay after cruise. I have done search and read some of the posts but just wondered if anyone has stayed here recently. Like the airport shuttle and love Emb. Suite breakfast normally...

Opinions? Using points so it is really a free-bee in one sense.

What do you think? Anyone been recently?

Thanks!

Hey leagal wife I'm crusing out of Ft lauderdale in Feb 2006 and I'm looking into Embassy suites or Hampton Inn close to Port everglades and close to the Airport. If you have any info you can share please do so. And what is your cost. I only need 1 night so I don't want something to expensive but like to have something nice for my family and friends

Here is what I know -

I beleive there is a nicer Embassy Suites in Ft. Lauderdale which might be closer to port you are sailing out of.

We are using Hilton Honors points (25,000) to pay for room, so can't tell you price.

I may be wrong, but picture looked better at Ft. Lauderdale location to me.

Maybe someone out there has been and can let you know.

Good luck and have a great cruise.

No firsthand stay experience at the MIA Embassy Suites.

Which web-site did you find yours on. There are so many I hope i got the right Hampton Inn there seems to be 2 or three in the area. I can't even find a 1-800 number.

There are about 4-5 Hampton Inns in the greater Ft Lauderdale area. Click here for their universal website Hampton Inn or call toll free 800-HAMPTON

lojill, The FLL Embassy Suites is often used by the cruiselines for a before cruise hotel. It is about 5 blocks easy walk to the Intercoastal Waterway and the water taxi (which is a great way to tour FLL in a short time & economically. It is right on 17th Street. They used to offer shuttle to the port as well as the airport, which saves some money, too. If you can get a rate under $100, go for it.
