Scheduling a dinner reservation??

So may be a silly question but here goes... I want to make reservation for Chops on our cruise but I sure don't want to make it on Lobster Night! LOL How do you know what nights are going to be the formal nights & when things will be? We leave on Easter Sunday & it's a 6 night.. Thanks much from the Newbie!

You might get answers if you post what ship it is. If it's a regular sailing, someone might know.

 

If you don't get an answer, you can try booking as soon as you get onboard, when the desk opens. This has always worked for me.
