Best local cuisine

I like to stay away from the tourist traps and 'chain' resturants and get a real feel of the local way of food, life and culture. Where is the best place you have eaten here and what did you eat? Bonus points for pics!!!!

In Georgetwon, look for Tony's Jerk Food on Eastern Avenue near soccer stadium. Tiny hole-in-the-wall full of locals. Or if you're driving around near the east end. ask for directions to Vivine's. And close to Boddentown, coming from the east end there's Chester's Fried Fish. Look for a pink house then a house with white tires next tot a wood working place.

Wasnt planning on it but why?

You might have to forget about Vivine's. It is on the east side of the island away from the crowds and bus routes. We stopped there for lunch while with Cayman Safari tours.
