Taxis at Dover port and train station

We will traveling to Dover via train on Jun. 23 and will need a taxi to the port and on Jun 30 from the port to the train station. My question to those of you familiar with this situation, are the taxis plentiful at both the train station and at Dover port or am I likely to have a long wait and be better off to book transfers with HAL? thanx

Taxis will be waiting. Its only a 5 minute or less ride between the train station and the port. On cruise days they run back and forth.

If you like to walk, if the weather is favorable, and if you do not have too much luggage, you can walk from the train station to the ship. We did. Just follow the waterfront sidewalk.
