Making Payments Online

Is there anywhere on the NCL website to make payments toward your account balance, or do I have to call NCL every time I want to make a payment? I looked all over, in my account info, vacation planner, etc. and I could see my account balance, but could not see where to make a payment.

You have to log onto MyNCL. When you are viewing your upcoming cruise booking there is a link to make payments. I made monthly payments on our last cruise until final payment. Scroll to the bottom of your itinerary and planned activities and it is the first tab under "Payments". It shows what you paid, what you owe and there is a button to make payments.

Go to my NCL (you might have to register to access the site if you havent already), click on your reservation (the cruise youre taking), then click vacation summary.

Below the map and itinerary are some drop downs with a + next to them. Click the one that says "payment". Make a payment.

Did you book through a TA? That might explain it.

Yes, I booked through a TA. So, when that's the case, you can't make direct payments, huh? Just asking out of curiosity, not because I want to make payments. I never hand over money before I have to.

Yes that's the case, your payments must go through TA to NCL.

LOVE MyNCL, keeps me so organized, and so when im organized, my mom is then organized and then we are a happy cruising family!

Unless you called NCL directly or went to NCL's website to make your reservation, you won't see it.

Yes. When booked through CAS, you have to contact them directly for payments and you are not able to view your account balance on the NCL website.
