Rhodes Old Town and new Town

Right beside each other. They are seperated by a wall. Cannot remember how large the area of the new town is but we have walked in various parts of it several times as we toured the old town and went past the walls.

If you go to Google maps and search for Rhodes, Greece, it will place a marker directly in the center of the Old Town. If you put the map display in "Satellite" mode, you'll be able to see a circular greenbelt surrounding that area on 3 sides and the harbor on the 4th side. That is all Old Town. The New Town surrounds the old town and as you zoom out, you can see the size of it compared to Old Town. So, depending on where you wanted to go in New Town, it could be a fair distance, or it could be right next door.
