Says best Shave Ice is Maui Expresso 2439 S. Kihei Rd., Kihei 808-874-0414. $3-4, "packs' em in deep, soaks them in plenty of flavored syrup and serves them in bright plastic "petals" that catch any spills." I'll be stopping by when we're there!
