Does pier 91 have a platinum/elite lounge?

There's no mention of anything like that on the Port's web site. Hopefully someone with past experience can let you know. Or check with your cruiseline ??

Not that I have seen, but I haven't had to wait long enough to look for one the times we have cruised from Pier 91.

I don't know about Princess, but we'll be cruising out of Pier 91 on HAL and as a suite guest they say we'll have a separate line with priority boarding and a separate waiting area. We'll board right after the wheelchairs/disabled and before the hoards. I read in another post that the 3 and 4 star mariners can use this line as well. Princess probably has the same or similar. You should ask this on the Princess board as well.
