Anyone have experience taking a cab either to or from the Port of Los Angeles to the airport? Trying to estimate cost. We arrive on a Sunday. Thanks!

You are looking at approx a $60 for the cab. It's a 30 -60 minute ride to the airport depending on traffic and which terminal at LAX.

There are several shuttle services - Prime Time Shuttle is one. You can check the LAX website for more. Also, you can get a shuttle through the cruise line - that is probably the lowest price option, though you sometimes have to wait.

We paid $65 for a family of four in a Van ..

We have use prime time twice and no problems.

There will b e 5 of us so I figured a taxi is cheaper than a per-person shuttle (or NCL transfer). Thanks again!

We're leaving April 29 and booked Road Runner Shuttle to take us from LAX to San Pedro. We are getting a nine passenger van for $112 which includes gratuity ($14 per person).

We are on the April 29th cruise too!

 

I called NCL - they said if you arrived at any terminal between the hours of 9 a.m. and 12:30 pm, you can get a shuttle through them, no reservation necessary. They will charge your on board account, which is good if you signed up when they had the on-board credit sale.

 

We live in California and are going to drive to the airport, then catch the shuttle through NCL. That way, our car will be waiting at the airport when we fly back from Vancouver instead of at the port.
