I just found a new Apple app from Norwegian called iConcierge. Its exclusively for the Epic, but hopefully they will add other ships. It gives you access to daily activities, your shore excursions, resturant menus, onboard services, and your account review.

 

Seems like a pretty cool app!

It does sound cool. But I just read a review on the Epic here on CC that said the system was horrilbe and disorganized and hard to use.

Thank you for sharing your feedback on the iConcierge app.

 

We experienced some minor system glitches, during Norwegian Epic’s March 31 sailing, when we launched of version 2 of the application. We are currently working to resolve all issues. In light of the technical difficulties we will not charge for Intraship calling or Messenger features until we feel confident that the service is reliable.

I certainly agree with this. However, I'd rather they wait until they iron out most of the glitches first. They're probably using the Epic as the guinea pig.
