Northern European Cruises

Recommended Posts

What is the best month to take a Northern European cruise? I am planning to book a cruise for 2013 and my travel agent informed me that cabins are booking rapidly. I am considering sailing on the June 25, 2012 sailing of the Marina. I'd like to hear from others about their experiences.

You do not say what the itinerary is

We have done around the British isles in June ..weather wise dull, drizzly for the most part but it is the U.K.

We did Norway in July/August ..weather was good... cooler to darn cold when you get near the Arctic circle...ssome ports you could wear T-shirts others a jacket is a must

We did Belgium, France, south Norway, Netherlands in July it was HOT HOT HOT

We did the Baltic in June and the weather was good. Temps in the low 70s and mainly dry. The best months for northern Europe are June, July and August. Outside of those months the weather is generally :mad:cool to cold and more likely to have rain.
