Disney Dream Fitness Room questions

A few questions regarding the Disney Dream Fitness Room:

What are the hours?

Does it tend to be crowded? If so, are there better/worse times of day?

Is there a fee for using the equipment?

Do you sign up in advance to use the equipment? or just walk in?

Are there exercise classes?

If there are exercise classes, do they have a fee?

Is there advance sign up for the exercise classes?

Any other tips?

thanks in advance!!:)

A few questions regarding the Disney Dream Fitness Room:

What are the hours?

Early to late, I can't recall exactly but at least by 7 am and not closed until at least 10 pm or so.

I haven't used it but have walked by on my way to the spa and it hasn't seemed overly busy.

Is there a fee for using the equipment?

No.

Walk in.

Are there exercise classes?

Yes, some.

If there are exercise classes, do they have a fee?

Some, I think yoga does, not sure what else.

Is there advance sign up for the exercise classes?

I don't think so, if there is it will say so in the Navigator.

Was on the Dream in March. I used the fitness center almost every morning at 7:00 but think it opened earlier than that. No fee to use equipment. It is not a big fitness center but there were plenty of treadmills and ellipticals and weights. Talked to one of the trainers and she said every cruise is different- sometimes fitness center is busy and sometimes it isn't. Was never busy when I was there. If you want to take a spin class you do need to sign up on the day you set sail- no fee but there are a limited # of bikes. There are a few classes that did have a fee- boot camp, maybe yoga?

Enjoy your cruise!
