When would YOU book Sabatini's & Bayou on Island Alaska Cruise?

I'm trying to decide which days of our August Island cruise to Alaska to book Sabatini's and the Bayou Cafe. My initial thought is that Sabatini's might be better for brunch on a sea day -- sounds like too much food for dinner. What do you think?

 

How about the Bayou? Dinner on a certain night (lobster?) or also better as a brunch? Do they do a Sunday jazz brunch?

Good question, we are doing alaska on the island in another week. We ate at Sabatini's the last time we were on the Island so this time we want to try Bayou Cafe. Since we are the first alaska sailing I have no idea which nights are which so I'm going to figure it out once the cruise starts. The last time we were on the Island Sabatini's and the Bayou were never crowded so I'm not too worried aboutg getting a reservation.

You can make reservations anytime you want.. On our Alaska cruise last September on the Coral, the Bayou and Sabatini's were never crowded..
