long beach accessible cabs

I'm guessing you mean where someone is wheeled into the van directly. Only because I had to do the same in San Francisco, have you called the Long Beach Yellow Cab directly to ask them if they have a wheelchair assessible cab? We had to use the cab to get to and from the pier, so that's the company we used (but we didn't need wheelchair accessible during this time).
