Rare Host Sharon Posted April 23, 2012 #27 Share Posted April 23, 2012 Are there any side effects??? Quite a few potential ones Jacqueline but then all medicines have. Also you shouldn't mix with alcohol it says. In any event as I am on medication for high blood pressure they are contra-indicated whereas I know Stugeron and Phernergan are safe. That's why I said anyone should check with the pharmacist before buying any seasickness medication. http://www.netdoctor.co.uk/digestive-health/medicines/buccastem-m.html
southwinds Posted April 23, 2012 #28 Share Posted April 23, 2012 This medicine may make your skin more sensitive to sunlight than it usually is, so you should avoid exposing your skin to direct sunlight or sunlamps until you know how your skin reacts. thanks for that SharonBill burns quickly as it is .. think we might give these a miss

Rare Host Sharon Posted April 23, 2012 #30 Share Posted April 23, 2012 I'll pass your comments on to Tony Sharon. He prescribes it all the time. Thanks Gill. It says it could cause blood pressure to drop too low if you are already on meds for it.
Essexlass2 Posted April 24, 2012 #31 Share Posted April 24, 2012 Ahh, I will be taking a bottle of gin to drink in the cabin and although I am a Notts County magpie I am not averse to a drink of Newcastle Brown. ;) Mr Essex enjoys Newcastle Brown too when he's not partaking of a whisky ;)
