Madrid airport... bank clarification needed...

Hello everyone :D

We're arriving at the Madrid airport via terminal 4S... our research shows there are two banks in terminal 4S... BBVA and Bankia...

Clarification needed = are these "true" bank branches {i.e. with on-site tellers} or ATM locations only? we didn't want to assume... thanks much!

The implication from reading this; given there are opening hours; is that they are fully staffed
