Hello everyone I am going to attempt to write a review of our Carnival Triumph cruise .

Cruise was 19th of April to 23rd. Just got home and uplaoded pictures so I thought I would give this review thing another try.

Did one many years ago.

Please let me apologize upfront first as I do not have typing skills and writting is not my strong suit...I love to talk so will just try to type what I say

Ok First of all this is like cruise 31 give or take lol

I took a family friend who has never cruised so I was excited for her as she experienced cruising for the first time...

We decided to go down the day before as I try to day every tie so there will be no surprises.

We stayed that Quality Inn where they will alllow you to park your car free for the duration of the cruise. I opted to use Park and Cruise as we recvd. a $5.00 off coupon via e-mail.

We dropped off our luggage and decided to go to The Spot for a bite to eat.

We tried the Shrimp kisses WONDERFUL!!! and burgers and shakes for us both

we walked back to the hotel and got the car and drove to Joes Crab Shack.

There are 2 one by the pier and one on the seawall.

We ate at the one by the seawall, wish we had gone to the other location (only because we had waited over 20 minutes before a waiter came to take our drink and food order and that was after i went and asked and there was only about 3 other tables with customers so it wasnt busy).

Now the food was great and the Shark Bite Christina drank was great as she agreed it is good. I didnt drink as I was the driver that night.

here are a few pics of Joes

Ok so after a great meal we went back to the hotel and got a great nights sleep.

the next morning our ship was in so I drove Christina to the terminal where we unloaded our checked bags and she stayed with our carry on with our sodas as I drove to the lot to park and get a ride back to the terminal.

We werent allowed to take pics inside the terminal so the pics will start once we are on the ship.

I will just post pics with little commentary as I always just loved seeing the reviews with lots of pics!!

I will post as long as my back will allow and finish later.

I am still rocking as I sit here so need to take a break shortly but here goes with the pics

Great Start.

BTW...when are they going to start replacing those old and fat TV's?? When does the Triumph have a drydock?'

I'm mentioning the TV's cause our Magic cruise had the new flat screens (but they were small) probably because the Magic is new.

I love the Galveston pics, I've been to almost all touristy places down there!

found the rule for no saving chairs for extended periods of time

there was a lot of people who couldnt find chairs easliy. I dont lay out so it doesnt bother me.
