Do the balcony cabins on Carnival Victory have refrigerators?

None of the victory cabins do.

Actually, I think the suites do - and if you have an insulin dependance you can get a fridge - but you'll have to prove it. We took a rolling cooler on board with us (collapsable, packed inside our other suitcase) and the cabin steward kept it nicely iced down for us.

No fridge, but we always had ice. And we were on Panorama Deck so if I needed more just a few steps to the buffet area for ice.

No refridge but our Cabin steward did an excellent job of keeping ice in our cabin,

 

Refilled it whenever needed.

We had an ocean suite on the victory with a fridge. A co worker just went on the victory last month and requested one for insulin and got it no problem.
