Buckingham Palace Tours 6/30 to 7/8/2012!

For those who will be be in London from June 30 to July 8 - Buckingham Palace will be open for tours in honor of the Queen's Diamond Jubilee until July 8. Usually tours are only available to the public to the State Rooms from August to October so we are VERY lucky!

i can only see The expensive Royal Day tickets ,not the regular 18 pounds ticket for June 30th.

Sorry, that I think those are the only tickets they offer during that time. I'm just excited to go so price wasn't a factor for me!

There will be some specials on TV about the Queen's Diamond Jubilee this week.

 

THIS Tuesday night (5/29) there is a special on ABC 20/20 "The Jubilee Queen with Katie Curic".

 

And, next weekend on BBC America there are some other programs and specials if you should get that channel. Here's a link http://www.bbcamerica.com/diamond-jubilee/schedule/ times could be different depending on your timezone.

Thanks for the heads up on this. Our cruise ends on July 8 and then we'll be in London for a few days. I ordered on Monday and our Palace tour tickets arrived today - that was fast!
