E-mailing the Maitre'D

On our last cruise I was able to e-mail the Maitre D a few weeks before we left requesting a specific table size for our party in the main dining room. I got a reply back that they would try to accommodate and indeed they were able. That was in 2009 and I can't find the e-mail address I used.

 

Does anyone know how I can do this for the Oasis coming up on May 19?
