best place to fish

My husband and i are sailing on may 22 on the carnival miracle to the western carb. What i was wandering has anyone heard of the best port to go fishing at? you know men they have to take their hobbies with them. He figured i could find out some info here. Also which is the best stop to do the beach party? thanks guys for your help

My hubby and I recently sailed on the Miracle and booked a Cozumel fishing excursion through Carnival. I really learned my lesson. Don't do it again!

You don't actually do any fishing. The crew will try to hook a fish and then let you reel it in. If they don't hook anything, you never even touch the fishing pole. We paid way too much to watch someone else try to catch a fish.

My husband and I love to fish but if we ever do deep sea fishing again it will be with a guarantee charter. I know you can't predict when fish arre going to bite but I would have at least tried the fishing for myself.

The best fishing I have found happened to be Key West if you are lucky enough to go there.:)
