Crown Owner's Suites

Hi! I've cruised many times before with NCL, Celebrity, and Princess -- but never in an Owner's Suite. Can anyone give me information about the suites on the N.Crown? We sailed her last year in an AC, which was very nice but have now booked 1007 for our upcoming cruise.

Thanks so much!

The Owners Suite on the Crown is great. You have a full or queen size bed (I don't remember which), writing desk. The sitting room has a sleep sofa which is partitioned off from the bed, as well as two single chairs. There is a decent size "kitchen table", TV, VCR, and stereo. There is also a fridge which held six sodas.

The balcony is HUGE, the bathroom is equal to the avg size full bath in both houses.

You'll get nightly treats (pate, cheeses, chocolate coverever strawberries, etc) which your butler will bring you. If you don't want them right away you can put them in the fridge for later.

You'll have your own concierge who should introduce herself before the ship sails.

You are automatically invited to the Captain's cocktail hour on the last night, and you'll get VIP tags which make embarkation and debarkation much easier.

Sailed in Suite 1009 (I think) last year from Philly to Savannah and thoroughly enjoyed the suite. At that time, we also were provided with three bottles of liquor of our choice along with complimentary mixers, soda, etc. This was in addition to the afternoon treats.

Our butler was great. He didn't just bring in a tray (coffee and danish which we ordered each morning) and sit it down . . . he actually poured the coffee and served us. We enjoyed the entire owner's suite experience and the entire ship for that matter. Unfortunately, we did have engine problems and had to return to Philly (limping along) which meant that we missed Savannah. We all received a small credit to our onboard accounts. Things happen.

The butler, concierge and room stewardess were some of the best staff we have encountered. We had good times with the bartenders as well.

Enjoy your suite !!

Dolphins- yes, we enjoyed teh same perks in the AB last year. It was really nice, got us hooked on suites. You will especially love the very large balcony- could have had a small party on it.
