Another good customer service experience...

We booked a Legend cruise for December w/ a PVP using ES rates...back in March..literally the day after we booked I received a letter from CCL for a certain % off cruise booked by 4/30..w casino credit etc...so I called and followed all the instructions given to get the price adjustment...well, it never got done...I called a few weeks later and was told..don't worry..it would be taken care of..

Well, when I checked yesterday , it had still not shown up..anyway..after being on the phone and being transferred to several departments..the last one being the resolution dept..and having to be called back this morning, it's all taken care of. Frankly I was on the phone a LONG time (probably better part of 35 minutes)..but everyone and I mean EVERYONE I spoke with was polite, helpful and pleasant.

I guess, the only point to this post is..as disorganized as CCL seems to be at times, with all of their different departments, they really went out of their way to resolve an issue that should have been taken care of a month ago.

My advice would be..be pleasant but persistant and they will always seem to help..if you get a 'grouchy' person..call back!
