On the Sky, I turned in my Spirit card...guess I thought it would work on any NCL ship :rolleyes: and they told me the balance of points would be transferred... Tried to use my Spirit casino card on the Sky and it didn't work, so I will either bring the latest (Sky) card or do as your husband did above. Thanks as always! Once transferred the clock starts again. As long as you cruise at least once every 18 months you will never loose a point. Sent from my iPad using Tapatalk - Jim It took them 5 days to transfer points from my sept 2011 cruise on the star to the October 2011 cruise on the jewel. And then when they did transfer they said that I only had 2500 points. It took another day to get additional points because they never transferred from my epic cruise from 2011 either. Whenever I come aboard I find my CAS card in my cabin with the drink card and welcome candy or cookies. Points have never been transferred. This time I am bringing my old card and requesting immediately the points to be transferred, and a copy of my 2011 win/loss statement from NCL.
