Luggage Express and Port Canaveral

I recall from a previous cruise that in order to use Luggage Express for MCO when cruising out of Post Canaveral, your flight couldn't be before a certain time. Anyone know what the earliest flight time out of MCO can be in order to use Luggage Express out of Port Canaveral?
