OT- Lusitania sinking 90th anniversary

On May 7, 1915- the Cunard liner Lusitania was sunk with a severe loss of life. My friend and I have written a lengthy tribute on Encyclopedia Titanica that can be seen here-

Thank you for the timely reminder. All of us who love a trans-Atlantic crossing have, no doubt, spent some moments contemplating the fate of those before us who never reached their destinations. God rest their souls.

Lusy Buff-

Thanks for that link- I've printed out the pages to read, but from skimming it, it looks fascinating. I've read books years ago on the subject, but will enjoy this.

Also took note of your location. My grandparents lived in Pawtucket until the 1970's- in fact their original Victorian house was torn down to accomodate the "S" curve of Route 95.

When I was in school in the 80's, I lived both on Prospect Street in Providence, and later on Smith St.(?), which I believe is the dividing line between Providence and Pawtucket. Ah, memories...

Thanks again.
