DH and DD are arriving Westjet 45 mins after we arrive AirCanada at MIA. We are staying at the Hampton Inn Baymont area which has a free shuttle. A couple questions:

1) is there a phone bank that we use to call the hotel to let them know we have arrived or do the shuttles just run automatically every 30 mins or so?

2) where would be a good place to meet up with them? Was thinking in the pickup area for the Hampton Inn shuttle so does anyone know where that is in MIA so I can show them ahead of time so he doesn't get lost. :p

There is a bank of phones for the various airport hotels & shuttles -- not sure if your hotel has one there, so best to keep their number handy or programmed into your cell phone.

 

Most of the shuttles pick-up outside of baggage claim. If their flight is on-time just wait near their baggage claim converyor. If they are delayed you can meet them at the hotel. Good luck! :)
