I just purchased online a pair of museum passes for all of the Venice Museums. According to the website, these are good for 3 months. Now I put in the date as the date we leave for Venice on Nov 19 however we arrive in Venice on the 20th. The email shows date of use as the 19th.. Did I make a mistake here?

I think the first date of use should be the day you start using it (i.e. the date that you first enter a museum)

If they are good for three months, unless you are going to be there that long does it really matter when the first day of the three months begins? Not anything to worry about.
