Anything like Tues. specials?

Hi folks, usually not on the Carnival boards, and have not cruised with this company for many many years. Briefly, what major changes has been made since the '90's, and is there a web site for Tuesday like specials for Carnival, Princess, Holland and Cunard like Celebrity and Royal have?:confused:

Pack and go rates are put out on wednesdays until friday at midnight...otherwise not sure of anything else similar. go ccl site has TA info that i use for the pack and go rates... but they also show state rates etc
