Cruise to Nowhere fro anywhere but Norfolk??

I could have sworn that Carnival did Cruise to Nowhere cruises out of several different ports, but on their website I click or search for "cruise to nowhere" and it only turns up 2 cruises out of Norfolk, VA. Are the rest of the cruises not loaded in the system yet, or did they do away with the CtNs out of other ports? DH and I want to do a couple B2Bs starting with CtNs and then a longer cruise after to get into Platinum before 12/31/13 but don't really know if we want to go all the way down to VA... hoping for NY or Boston. (or at least somewhere it's easier to get a direct flight to!)

There's usually one out of NY every October, but that was before the ship was going to be here year round.
