Breeze~ What is that symbol mean?

Just went on to the cruisedeckplansdotcom and wondering if someone can help, by room 6460 and 6468 are some sort of symbols, wondering what they might be? Stairs maybe and what else?

I think both symbols on each side are stairs, not positive though.

Looks like crew stairs. One going up and the other going down.
