I am trying to find review for Caribbean, but only find Europe cruise. Does this ship in Europe now and it is coming back home in 2013?

It has been in Europe for a couple of years now and will be heading home for a spell on Thanksgiving Day. If it weren't for the fact that it is indeed leaving Southampton on TDay, I would be on it.

We are thinking of booking her for Caribbean cruise. I have never been on the Freedom class ship. Is it similiar to the Mariner of the Sea?

Like Mariner on steroids...everything is a little bigger, etc.

It is a great ship and I have no doubt that you would love it. We have sailed on her twice and will be doing the transatlantic next spring.

Freedom is a great ship for the Caribbean also.

The Freedom Class is a stretched Voyager Class. It has the following on top of the Voyager Class features:

 

-FlowRider (replaces the in-line skating)

-Sorrentos (pizzeria on the Royal Promenade)

-H2O Zone water park on the pool deck
