Question on FCC

We brought two FCC voucher in April 7, 2012. We are thinking of booking the Breeze for Spring Break 2014. But the children's spring break for 2014 is not until April 14,2014. Can I still use the voucher because it will expired on April 7, 2014 and our cruise only a few days later?
