Cruise reward credit cards

I'm looking for a credit card with cruise rewards. I would prefer one that allows me to redeem from numerous cruise lines but if the deal is right I would take one that locks me into one company.

 

Any opinions as to which ones are best?

NCL Master Card has the best bang for the buck, but it only is good for NCL cruises. No problem for us, because that's our favorite cruiseline.

You may also use the NCL card for free cruises on Orient Line and Star cruises in Asia.

Carnival SEA MILES Card has a nice website and you can redeem your points with any Cruiseline.

How about an airline credit card? I live in Florida, so cruises from here are plentiful. But I use my Southwest Airline credit card for EVERYTHING! My utility bills are posted to it automatically, I use it for groceries and gas, etc. I pay it off monthly and enjoy the benefit of a couple free flights each year. I recently used my free flights to get three of us to Las Vegas for a week.

 

Those of you who live in some cold place can use free miles to get to Florida (or elsewhere) to board a ship! That would save you $$$ and Southwest is totally awesome when it comes to redeeming your free tickets...no restrictions at all - NONE!

 

I realize Southwest doesn't fly everywhere (and not everyone flies), so it isn't an option for all. But when you are looking for a great value in credit card benefits, there is nothing better.
