Pacific islands info

Has anyone been to any of the following islands?

 

Midway, Majuro Atoll, Honiara (Guadalcanal), Rabaul (PNG), Guam, or Saipan.

My husband and I went to Guam in July 2003. We had friends stationed there. It's not a very big island. We did dive - it was pretty good.

 

Let me know if you have more question specifically about Guam.

BTTKTROUT - Thanks for any info. Do you know where the cruise ships dock (or do they have to tender in ?). Is there any public transit or a good taxi service? :)

Sorry I can't be more help. We didn't cruise there - we flew in. I'm not sure about transportation.

 

If you can get to Tumon Bay, everything is within walking distance - shops, restaurants, hotels, etc.
