Advice on an SE penthouse on Gem?

Anyone stay in the SE category? Is it one separate bedroom, or all one big room? Does it work for 2 adults and 2 kids, is there some separation so kids can sleep while we stay up to sit on the balcony or watch tv? Disney had curtains...

 

Is it "safe" to book as a GTY...my thoughts are that I would never want to do a GTY, but in this category of SE, is there a bad cabin?

It is all one big room with a curtain around the bed. I don't remember which side of the curtain the TV is on.
