How do I get to the Tri Rail from MIA?

Where is the Tri Rail located at the MIA airport? And how do I get from FLL port to the Trai Rail in FLL so I can return back to MIA airport?

I found this information on the MIA Airport FAQ webpage:

"...and Tri-Rail Commuter Train Service , located just outside the airport (free shuttle service to and from the train station is available the lower level 1st level bus station). Please contact Tri-Rail directly to inquire about the rates and schedules for the train service."

I have never used Tri-Rail and did some searching for you. Maybe someone more knowledgeable and with experience will come along and tell you exactly how to use it. I hope this helps.
